The product purchaser/user, in consideration of and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is acknowledged by the product purchaser/user, hereby releases and forever discharges Air Cylinders Direct, its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, successors and assigns of and from all actions, causes of action, damages, claims and demands whatsoever, which the product purchaser/user had, now have or which the product purchaser/user, his or her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns or any of them hereafter can, shall or may have by reason of or arising out of a claim made by product purchaser/user resulting from the use of Air Cylinders Direct product on or after the date of purchase.

For the same consideration, the product purchaser/user further agrees not to make claim or take proceedings against Air Cylinders Direct or any other person or entity which may claim contribution or indemnity under the provisions of any statute or otherwise.
